Commercial Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Producer, providing day-to-day after- sales service to our commercial clients in various industry sectors. This will include receiving calls and corresponding with clients in order to meet their needs, maintaining organized and up to date files, requesting  changes to policies, co-ordinate renewal reviews in a timely manner all the while keeping the best interest of the client paramount.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Commitment to providing an outstanding level of customer service
NB Insurance Broker License with CAIB and or CIP designation, or be willing to obtain in agreed upon timeline
Previous experience in P&C Insurance will be considered an asset
Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail
Capacity to work under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
Individually motivated and able to work collaboratively within a vibrant team
College or University degree is preferred
Ability to communicate in both official languages is a desirable asset
