We are seeking a highly motivated, career-minded individual, with a minimum of 3 years experience in third party collections, or paralegal experience in the civil litigation process.

You have a Paralegal diploma and/or a working knowledge of civil procedure rules. You have the ability to anticipate and prepare for next steps. You possess exceptional organization skills and a critical thinker who gets the job done. You are a positive team player with the ability to remain cool under pressure. While many accounts are paid without taking legal action, it is essential that you be able to deal effectively with those who won’t. Your knowledge enables you to make better recommendations to our clients and to work effectively throughout the process of judgment enforcement.
