The Village of McBride is seeking to fill a key vacancy in the organization – Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Administrator. If you are a self- directed individual preferably with a CGA/CPA designation with Municipal Finance and administrative experience, and looking for a healthy and challenging career, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities include the statutory duties, including budget preparation, financial reporting, payroll, accounts etc, as well as assist the Administrator and act in their place when required.

You will provide Council with sound financial information and advice regarding long term goals and the financial health of the community, and support and assist a dedicated but small staff where job sharing is expected.

Experience with MuniWare software would be a definite asset. This is an exempt management position with a competitive salary and benefit package.
