Our client, a leading North American distributor located in Toronto, ON is currently seeking a Canadian Financial Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping, consolidating financial reports and statements, working with external auditors including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, overseeing the Accounts Receivable Department, Accounts Payable Department, and Cost Accounting  among others as assigned. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA designation
Minimum 5-7 related experience; 3 years in a senior / management role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to travel, if required

Compensation: $125,000 – $135,000 per year (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
