Profile
Our client is a unique manufacturing and Distribution company with franchise locations across Canada. This position will be based at the Corporate Head office. Motivated and positive group that works hard and enjoys celebrating successes.

Reporting to the Owner and Executive Team, you will have full responsibility for the full cycle accounting.

Responsibilities
Bank reconciliations
Process full cycle Accounts Payable
Process full cycle Accounts Receivables including collection calls
Process bi-monthly Payroll including remittance of source deductions, process ROE’s, generate T4s and provide payroll summary
Prepare GST and PST returns
Cash flow reporting
P&L reporting
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Prepare all supporting documents for internal and annual accounting reviews

Qualifications
Excellent proven bookkeeping experience
Adagio Accounting software or other modular accounting software
Payroll experience on payroll software such as PayDirt or PayMate
Knows Employment standards and WorkSafeBC requirements
Desire to learn the business and systems and add value
Strong team player
Excellent communication skills to speak with clients and vendors
