We are currently looking for an intermediate level Bilingual Accounts Receivable position for Full-time opportunities in the Mississauga area

Qualifications:
Completion of a University Degree, Community College Diploma in Business Administration and/or Credit Institute Accreditation.
2-5 years in a customer service role
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-Starter, with the ability to prioritize workflow and operate independently in a demanding, fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
Order management, responsible to analyze volume trends and support changing business environment.
Confirm, validate and resolve customer pricing, product, and/or promotion discrepancies
Reconcile customers payment through cash resolution process
Responsible to maintain and analyze customer profiles to determine causes for invoice deductions and support actions with the sales team and customers to resolve and prevent future occurrences.
