As the Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Accounts Receivable, you will help serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, data entry, and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving discrepancies.
Essential Job Functions
Customer Service:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Data entry of all retail, custom, and pro orders
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Accounts Receivable:
Posts customer payments by recording cash, cheques, and credit card transactions
Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
Sending out tri-weekly reports on AR actual vs. budget
Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department
Communicating daily to customers on receiving payment
Depositing cheques at BMO Bank
Requirements
Must have strong organizational skills
Requires SAP knowledge
Requires Excel knowledge
Preferably a strong understanding of GRAF hockey/figure product
Flexible working hours
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
Must be detail orientated with the ability to meet deadlines
Proven ability to effectively manage time and work on multiple projects
Experience with software programs (Microsoft Office, Excel and Adobe suite)
Wage and Benefits
Annual wage minimum – $36,000 – $40,000
