We’re looking to add an administrative assistant to our growing team. You are personable, professional and well organized with the ability to work efficiently and anticipate the needs of a group of people all going a million miles a minute. You have a solid talent for juggling multiple tasks and not dropping a ball. You’re open to learning new software and a wiz in PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to –
Maintaining calendar for appointments, calls, meetings, key projects and follow-up tracking
Researching and compiling materials needed for meetings or projects
Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
Bookkeeping
Coordinating and overseeing document production and projects
Maintaining client files, contacts database and record keeping
Completing special projects
Preparing daily mail/correspondence; reviewing packages and handling routine correspondence
Coordinating in-house meetings, including video conference set-up, beverage/food, etc.
Making travel arrangements
