Administrative Assistant – Fredericton Mitsubishi

In this role, the ideal candidate will;

Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and good judgment
Be responsible for all accounts payable and receivable functions
Work with the Admin team to maintain timely and accurate financial data
Be responsible for all administrative functions as they relate to purchasing and stocking in vehicles and maintaining accurate financial data
Assist the Owner and Office Manager in day to day activities
Manage the daily cash operations (petty cash, daily cash receipts)
Track attendance and report on staff hours for payroll
Assist with all accounting processes to achieve a timely month end close

The ideal candidate will:

Have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience
Have experience in an Office Administrative roll
Have automotive dealership experience
Have an incredible high level of moral standards
