Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program, is seeking a results orientated individual to join our Company as Accounts Receivable Clerk.  This position is based out of our Blacks Harbour, NB office and reports to the Credit Manager.

Primary duties include processing customer invoices, sorting and matching invoices, resolving invoice discrepancies, customer file maintenance, and corresponding with customers and responding to inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.  Must be organized, accurate and be able prioritize and manage information. A minimum of one (1) year post-secondary education is required.

Preference will be given to applicants with 2 -5 years of related experience
