Accounts Receivable Administrator
Cahill has an immediate requirement for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our Finance Department in St. John’s, Newfoundland. This position will report to the Accounts Receivable Lead, and responsibilities will include:
time and material, lump sum and intercompany billings;
setup of work orders, cost codes, budgets and estimates;
reconciliations, reallocations, and journal entries;
other accounts receivable related duties.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years’ experience in an AR environment preferably with a T&M billing background, excellent computer and people skills, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, time mandated work environment. Experience with Jonas and SharePoint is preferred.
