Templeton Properties, a busy and expanding downtown Halifax Property Management Company is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for their head office.
Reporting to the Controller
Duties include:
Daily posting of invoices and check printing
Reconciling vendor statements
Security deposit refunds
Maintaining daily spreadsheets on project rebuilds, utilities, etc.
Provide assistance to Controller with various reports, data entry and postings
Assist with audit preparation
Assist owners with personal expenses
Filing
Skills required:
Excellent data entry skills
Ability to deal with suppliers in a professional and courteous manner
2 + years’ experience in accounts payable
Proficient with excel
Experience in a property management environment an asset
This is a full time salary positon. Salary band is 32K-40K.
Hours are 8:15am-5pm Monday to Friday. No exceptions.
