We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the position of Accounting Services Manager.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Overseeing a team of accounting technicians who provide various bookkeeping services to external clients.
Providing functional advice, supervision, coaching and training to the team.
Acting as a liaison with the Entrepreneurial Services group to schedule and deliver work within specified time frames.
Performing accounting services for clients as necessary, such as routine bookkeeping, tax filings, software support and general advice.
Other related duties as required.

A successful candidate will have:

Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) and QuickBooks.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients.
Self-sufficient, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience with Caseware and Caseview would be preferred.
This position is not intended for current or prospective CPA, CA, CMA or CGA students.
