Our client, a leading public accounting firm, is currently seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team in Guelph, ON. Reporting to the firm partners, the ideal candidate will oversee audit, review, compile client financial reports, lead and coordinate the accounting staff, liaise between clients and company, among other duties as assigned . This is a full-time/permanent position.

Qualifications:

Post – Secondary Education in Accounting or a related Business field
CPA designation
5+ years managerial experience
Experience in working with Owner / Managerial clients
Experience with various Accounting programs (Tax Prep, Caseview, Caseware, Simply, etc.)
Ability to lead and mentor junior staff

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000/Year (depending on qualifications and experience)
