As Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support for Revolve’s financial operations. In addition to the requirements of the role, it is important that our newest Revolver shares these core values.
The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of business paper flow, exposure to basic accounting processes and have experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm (advertising, engineering, consulting, accounting or legal). You should be a team player but also enjoy working independently with minimal supervision. You are comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines and can maintain strict confidentiality of company records and information. Additionally, you have a positive approach, are detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. Because this role supports our front desk operations, you should also have prior customer service experience and understand the importance of making a great first impression for our clients.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be primarily responsible for:
Posting accounts payable invoices and preparing backup for payment processing
Assisting with vendor payment inquiries
Posting payment receipts and preparing bank deposits
Processing employee expense reports
Providing backup for the Reception desk (to cover breaks, vacations, and absences)
Filing and organizing source documents and completing other duties as assigned
You already have these minimum skills and qualifications:
Minimum two years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience
Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with Sage/Simply Accounting (or similar accounting software)
Excellent, accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours when required
