As a member of the Finance Department, this position may be responsible for the following:
Completes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Cashier functions efficiently and accurately on behalf of NLC;
Prepares and distributes reports periodically;
Completes system updates as required;
Provides support to other members of the Finance Team;
Other finance related functions as required.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
High School graduation;
Completion of a recognized accounting diploma from a post-secondary institution;
One to two years of progressively responsible accounting experience in a computerized environment;
Some experience using the Microsoft Dynamics Financial System;
Knowledge of MS Office including Excel (proficiency testing may be required);
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated, possesses excellent multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities, interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work as a member of a results oriented team.
Salary: CG 25: $39,184.60 – $43,206.80 per annum
