The successful candidate must be a team player, communicate effectively and take a practical approach to problem solving.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities include but not limited to:

Process invoices ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals are present;
Prepares, verifies, and sorts weekly cheque run;
Balances A/P monthly and prepares reports for filing;
Completes monthly account and statement reconciliations;
Communicates with vendors to ensure timely payment of invoices.

Qualifications:

Preferred post-secondary education (commerce/accounting)
Knowledge of Word/Excel software
Experience with Deltek Vision would be considered an asset.
