We are presently looking for an Account Manager to manage day-to-day account management activities within our Sales team here in Halifax NS. The key responsibilities include:
Work with current clients and new prospective clients
Provide excellent customer service & communication both verbal and written
Product Implementations for clients
Provide on-going product support for clients
Ensure consistent relationship management with clients
Support product and client documentation
Must Have…
Energetic self-starter
Results oriented, resourceful, team player, positive attitude
Superior written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency with email, computer, internet usage
Sports knowledge a must
Technical knowledge would be an advantage but not required
Post- secondary education would be an advantage but not required
