You are….
An energetic, experienced B2B inside sales leader with consultative and solutions based approach to selling professional services which include education via classroom, consulting and events
A natural “hunter” with the tenacity to seek out the next sale/opportunity;
Driven to exceed expectations;
Able to execute a daily disciplined process with prospecting and pipeline management by actively (primarily) connecting with individuals by phone.
Experienced in analyzing and capitalizing on market and customer trends;
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team to deliver innovative solutions to customers;
Flexible, professional and motivated to achieve exceptional results for your customers, your employer and yourself.
You will…
Sell Pink Elephant’s industry-leading Service Management consulting and education services to customers in a broad range of industry verticals across North America;
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with senior level IT professionals to understand their business and recommend Pink Elephant’s innovative solutions;
Anticipate and influence key decision makers within organizations to identify and capitalize opportunities for incremental account growth;
Uncover and develop opportunities for new business to maintain a broad, diversified customer base;
Negotiate contract terms for mutually beneficial partnership agreements;
Write professional, solution-based proposals to address customer needs and respond to RFIs/RFPs;
Proactively connect with and have 20 meaningful sales conversations by phone daily
Continuously update contact management system for facilitating regularly scheduled activities and mailing
Exceed established sales targets through tenacity, creativity, and a knack for negotiating win-win solutions
Have the opportunity to earn six figures annually
You have….
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience;
A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in a small to medium size organization, preferably in a solution sales environment (education/consulting services);
Ability to close business over the phone
Experience with qualifying and managing your sales pipeline;
A sound understanding of the IT marketplace/corporate training industry;
Superior oral and written communication skills, including well-developed presentation and negotiation skills;
Excellent business acumen;
Practical knowledge of CRM database software;
Superior organizational and time management skills with attention to details and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a professional and business environment;
