Let’s get you on the road to success at OnPath! OnPath is actively recruiting for an Account Manager (Service Delivery). As an Account Manager, you will be given the challenge of facilitating the smooth launch of Onpath’s programs by finding ways to improve the customer experience through the critical onboarding stage. The Account Manager would not only have to manage the onboarding process by leveraging today’s systems and processes, but would be an instrumental leader in helping define, develop, launch and manage new and improved systems/processes designed to drive efficiency, consistency and to improve the customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Script refinement – The core opening, value proposition and offer
Staying abreast of required standards as well as emerging assets, methodologies, channels, and testing to impove campaign results.
Formulate meaningful conclusions and recommendations for campaign optimization and growth.
Coordination of Target Data (vetting quantity and suitability of data).Collaboration withMarketing Strategist if the data requirements are not met.
Translation of high level requirements into Data Point Elements or development of the Data Point Elements that we should be collecting to fully support the campaign objectives.
Identifying areas of strategic opportunity for customer-marketing demand generation programs.
Establishing success metrics and guiding client teams to execute campaigns and report on performance.
Effectively translate campaign requirements into a Data Services request and ensure said requests are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
Marketing Material Collection and synthesization.
Organize Program Guide
Launch Coordination – Working with multiple departments to manage the final stages of onboarding a Program
Support when requested in the completion of RFP responses.

Some of the specific skills we look for include:
2 – 3 years in a client-facing Account Management, Service Delivery or Sales role.
Ability to communicate with OnPath’s clients and deliver a practical understanding of customer needs and related solutions.
Proactive in anticipating sales/marketing challenges and finding solutions to said challenges.
Proven ability to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways.
Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
Ability to present strategic initiatives and solutions to OnPath executives and clients
