We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager, creative and passionate about building relationships and participating in key marketing activities and events. RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understand company‘s products and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
Ensure that clients‘ issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director of any problems that may arise
Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English
Technical competence (understand CRM, ERP, e-commerce, mobile app, omnichannel. etc.)
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Fluent in English and French
