Job Description/Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong knowledge of online advertising and affiliate marketing industry developments
Prepare, develop, analyze and maintain company’s cliental
Update and monitor clients’ accounts and provide immediate feedback to the respected representative
Answer all email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with the sales and publisher department
Provide assistance in determining available inventory and provide efficient decision making solutions
Assess clients’ creditability and complete billing duties as requested
Review all assigned accounts on a daily basis and take on the role as a customer service representative in ensuring company’s cliental are satisfied with services provided
Recommend new and efficient procedures to increase department productivity and efficiency
Qualifications/Experience:
Fluent and literate in English
Graduated from college/university
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing & sales
At least one year of experience as an Account Manager
Understands current trends in the digital marketing and online advertising industry
Proficient in the latest Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must have experience with Microsoft excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic, casual, and open environments
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize effectively
Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing clients and team members
Works well independently and in team settings
