Position Summary
Assist the Business Development Manager to develop and maintain the customer base by closing sales on quoted projects, as well as managing our customers’ needs on and off site, ensuring customers are satisfied with end results
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Deeply involved with Project coordination
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring project completion with quality, on time and on budget.
Constant communication between estimating, sales and production department to ensure customer satisfaction
Through delivering and completing jobs as per United standards, obtain next the next job
Follow-up on Quoted work results
Desired Skills and Experience of the Account Manager
10 years previous experience in construction/painting industry
Architectural, designer or former hands on Superintendent background
Strong Follow up skills
Close sales and get the next job
Networking
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
