The Account Executive (AE) is an outside sales role which actively seeks new business/sales opportunities. The AE interacts with prospective clients to uncover their requirements, and provides a complete solution. This position is focused on maximising margin sales, and develops new businesses. This position is responsible for maintaining positive and constructive relationships with clients and internal staff to facilitate sales and to meet sales objectives.

3-5 years working experience in sales & marketing functions
Industry working experience an asset
Proficiency with MS Office
Able and willing to work flexible scheduling (days, evenings) as business needs dictates
Comfortable working in a high stress environment where sales and quota targets must be achieved
Hold a valid Driver’s licence with clean driving record. Use of own vehicle for business travel required.
Occasionally entertainments after working hours, e.g. dinners with client are required.
MAJOR DUTIES:
Carry out adequate marketing and sales activities to meet annual revenue target and within budget
Attend and participate in trade shows, industry functions, supplier events, and other promotional events, to develop strong network of contacts and actively seek out potential opportunities
Target Market, prepare list of target companies, gather research data, gather contact info, call companies, and update contact system
Contact leads to introduce company and arrange for an Introduction Meeting Provide support in the work order processes where necessary
Oversee Work Order Process to ensure projects are delivered up to client’s requirements
