With existing growth and continued efforts to penetrate new international markets, we are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will provide the customer with superior service and support through communication, correspondence, and prompt order and complaint processing.
Specific responsibilities:
Processes production orders
Initiates shipping releases
Investigates and processes customer complaints; forwards information through proper channels
Liaises with Graphics Department personnel in the development of artwork
Provides Estimators with details required for price quotations
Assists with training of new Account Coordinators
Provides backup and support to other Account Coordinators as required
Ensures customer inventory requirements, press schedules, and samples are accessible as required
Qualifications/Critical Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Three years’ experience in a customer service role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs
Strong time-management and organizational skills; able to multi-task effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy; detail-oriented
Superior interpersonal skills
Demonstrated strong customer service skills; must be service-oriented
Preferred: Undergraduate degree
Preferred: Experience with SAP
Preferred: Bilingual
